GROW Community is built for people with disabilities — so accessibility isn't an afterthought. It's at the heart of everything we design, build, and share. We are committed to ensuring that our website and future community platform are usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability.

What we do

We strive to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. This includes:

• Clear, readable text with strong colour contrast
• Keyboard-navigable pages and interactive elements
• Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
• Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
• Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
• Avoiding content that relies solely on colour to convey meaning

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we develop the GROW Community app and platform, we will continue to test, refine, and improve the experience for all users — including those using assistive technologies.
